Magicians Acquire Sandis Zolmanis

The Minnesota Magicians have acquired Sandis Zolmanis, a Latvian forward who began the year with the Des Moines Buccaneers of the United States Hockey League (USHL).  Zolmanis played in 7 games for Des Moines this season prior to being picked-up by the Magicians, and he will be a welcome addition to their lineup.  Head Coach Scott Meyer said of the acquisition, “We are excited to add Sandis to our roster.  His presence will improve our overall depth and skill at the forward position.”  The Minnesota Magicians (members of the NAHL) play their home games out of Richfield Ice Arena.  For more information on the Magicians and to purchase ticket packages, visit: www.magicianshockey.com.
