Minnesota Magicians veteran Bryan Nies has been honored with the Brian’s Custom Sports NAHL goaltender of the Month Award. Bryan was 4-0 on the month of February, sporting a 1.00 goals against average over that time span. Nies’ highlight performance came on February 8th, in which the goaltender recorded a 27 save shutout against the Springfield Jr. Blues at Richfield Ice Arena. Over his career, Bryan has amassed a record of 19-13-5 in the North American Hockey League. “As a coaching staff you want to see players improve throughout the season, that is the certainly the case with Bryan.
