The Minnesota Magicians faced off against the Minnesota Wilderness this Friday, October 11, in one of 12 regular season matchups between the two teams this season. Then, with the Magicians leading 2-1, Colin Hernon burned the defense and set-up Tony Uglem to make the game 3-1. The Magicians gave up a power play goal late in the third period, but it would not be enough for The Wilderness, as the Magicians controlled the pace the rest of the way outshooting Cloquet 14-10 and escaping with a hard fought 3-2 victory.
